Why do I still
have the DEMO version?
Problem >> I have purchased the game, but it is still in
DEMO version whenever I run the game?
Solutions >> After you've purchased and downloaded your game
from the link in your purchase email, you still need to
register the game using your email address and serial number
(provided in the purchase confirmation email). Only after that
your full game will be unlocked. If you have problem registering
the game, please continue to read on.
Why do I have to
register?
Problem >> Why do I have to register the game after I've
purchased it? You said there is no DRM!
Solutions >> We guarantee that there is no DRM wrapper for
all our games and registering the game is NOT a DRM-method. It
just ties the game to your email address. And you don't need to
be online to register the game so you can install it on your
laptop or offline PC. You can also install the game on any
number of PC and any number of times. You may even share your
purchased game with your family and friends!
How to register
full version
Problem >> How do I register my game after I have purchased
it?
Solutions >> When you run your game for the first time, you
will see the registration screen below:

You are required
enter the email address you used to purchase the game from our
site as well as serial number. Email Address is the one you used
in our purchased web page. It is also the email account in which
you received the purchased confirmation email. You would find
the Serial Number in the purchased confirmation email (it's the
email that the game's download link come with).
After you input the
correct email address and serial number, click OK and the game
will be launched. You don't need to register the game again.
If you click Cancel
button in registration screen, the game will continue in Demo
Mode. Demo Mode has limited gameplay features and levels. It is
recommended that you registered the game before continuing.
If you have problem
registering the game, please send us an email to support totalgameplay.com
and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Game Crashes at Start Up
Problem >>
When I click the game icon, it crashes to the desktop,
displaying the following, or similar, message: "DirectX 9.0 is
not installed on your system".
Solution >>
The game requires that DirectX 9.0 installed on your system. If
it is not installed, you'll need to install it before running
the game. You can download DirectX 9.0 from
Microsoft Website.

Does Not Run
Correctly on Wide-Screen Monitor
Problem >> The game does not run correctly on wide
screen monitor.
Solutions >> The game supports both 16:10 and 16:9
ratio wide screen monitors but it needs 1280x768 or 1280x800
resolution mode to run properly. If your graphic card can't
support these resolution modes, the game would run either in
1024x768 or 800x600 resolutions and appear to be "stretched".
You may want to upgrade your graphic driver. If upgrading your
graphic driver does not work, we recommend to play the game in
Windowed Mode (switch to Windowed Mode using Alt-Enter).
Onscreen Texts and Images Blur
Problem >> I can't read on-screen text messages clearly and
all images are blurry.
Solution >> The maximum texture size allowed on your system
is lower than 1024 pixels in width, which the game requires to
load its textures. Download the latest driver for your graphics
card (or contact your card manufacturer). This might allow your
card to load larger texture size.

Cannot Install the Game
Problem >> I cannot install the game from the download file.
Solution >> Make sure the game was downloaded properly and
completely. If the game crashes during installation, or you are
unable to unzip the packaged file, you'll need to download it
from our Game Store.
The game
is unable to be installed on previous versions of Windows
(Windows 95/3.x) and other platforms (Mac, Linux, OSX). To
install the game, your operating system will need to be Windows
2000, XP or Vista.

Blocky Images in the Game
Problem >> I'm seeing black squares around characters or
animations in the game.
Solution >> Your graphics card is unable to use the alpha
channel to draw images on screen. The best solution is to run
the game in 16-bit mode rather than 32-bit (see Game Options
inside your game's menu). Please note that our games do not
support 24-bit mode.
If your
graphics card only supports 24-bit (as some older cards do), or
you still see blocky images, then check with your graphics card
manufacturer to see if there is a new driver update available.

Cannot Hear Music Playback
Problem >> I can't hear sound or music during game play.
Solution >> If you don't hear sound playback, try the
following steps:
 |
Make
sure your speakers are not turned off and that they are
properly connected to your computer. |
 |
Make
sure the sound and music volume in Game Option (inside your
game's menu) are turned high enough. Make sure the check
boxes next to Sound and Music are turned on. Sound will be
muted if these check boxes are off, even if the Sound volume
is high. |
 |
Make
sure you have the latest Windows Media Player installed on
your computer. The required version is Windows Media Player
Version 8.0. If you have an older version, try downloading
the latest version from from
Microsoft's Website. |

Game Options Reset Upon
Restart
Problem >> All the game options reset to the default when I
restart the game.
Solution >> This will happen if you don't have
Administrator's Rights on your computer. When playing the game
in a Guest account, you'll receive a warning that game options
will revert to default once you quit the game.
There is
no known problem in playing the game in Guest account. All you
have to do is reset the game options to your liking every time
you run the game. If you don't want to do this, you'll need to
play the game in an Administrator's or a normal, non-limited
user's account.

Alt-TAB Problem
Problem >> The game exits when I press Alt-TAB or the
Windows key to switch to desktop or another program.
Solution >> While not typical, there have been some reports
of this instance occurring with some graphics cards. In all of
the systems we use in our Quality Assurance testing, this has
not been a problem. However, if this is an issue on your system,
please send us an email at support totalgameplay.com.

Can't Place an Order
Problem >> I can't place an order to buy the game. Why is
that?
